ELECTIVE ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY
We bring a complete suite of state-of-the art surgical and anesthetic equipment into your local veterinarian’s hospital to perform elective orthopedic procedures. These include tibial plateau leveling osteotomies (TPLO), medial and lateral luxating patella correction (MPL and LPL), femoral head ostectomies (FHO), and more.
SOFT TISSUE SURGERY
On the Spot provides many soft tissue surgical procedures at your veterinarian’s hospital. These include routine procedures such as gastropexy, spays, cryptorchid, castrations, hernia repairs, mass removals, and many more. If your pet’s procedure is more complex and needs additional diagnostics or care, we also own and operate our affiliate COVE Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Hospital conveniently located in Delaware, Ohio between State Rt 23 and I-71.
EMERGENCY
On The Spot offers full 24/7 emergency medical and surgical services at its emergency and specialist location. The same group of veterinarians own and operate our affiliate COVE Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Hospital conveniently located in Delaware, Ohio between State Rt 23 and I-71. Our veterinarians work at both On The Spot and in the Delaware location, so if you have any questions or concerns, you know that someone is always available to answer your questions.

Contact your veterinarian and discuss a referral with our group or call and schedule directly with us at 740.877.6805.

Referral
If you schedule through your veterinarian, they will send us a referral with all the necessary paperwork and medical information. Pet owners can also send us their pet’s medical records after making the appointment.
03.
Initial Appointment
We will schedule an appointment with you at a time when we are visiting your local veterinarian’s hospital. During this initial consultation we will discuss your pet’s history, diagnostics, treatment options, cost, and recovery.
04.
Scheduling
Following the initial appointment, we will schedule a time for surgery that works for your schedule.
05.
Treatment
We will be with you every step of the way. From the first appointment to the last days of recovery. Communication is prioritized, so you don’t have to worry about reaching someone with your concerns.
06.
Coordination
On The Spot updates your family veterinarian with all your pet’s medical records and updates throughout their recovery. We also coordinate all follow-up appointments and recommendations with both you and your pet’s doctor.
